SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
- We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
- We don’t currently offer international shipping but stay tuned as we plan to in the future.
How do I track my package?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number. If you haven't received that email, check your Spam folder or contact us at support@tuski.co.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?

It takes 3-5 days for orders to be processed and around 2 weeks for orders to be delivered after dispatch.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your refund policy?
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on products unless they are damaged upon delivery.

Does the Water Flosser come with a warranty?
- The Tuski Water Flosser comes with a 1-year warranty. If a product fault or defect arises within the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace the product provided it hasn't been misused, altered or damaged after purchase and was used according to instructions.
