Warranty

Tuski warrants to the original consumer that the Tuski Water Flosser is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. If a product fault or defect arises within the Warranty Period, Tuski will repair or replace at its discretion the product or part of the product provided it hasn't been misused, altered or damaged after purchase and was used according to instructions. In case that repair or replacement isn't possible, a refund will be provided instead. This Limited Warranty excludes faults or damage caused by the way the device is treated and/or used by the consumer such as physical damage, part loss, or product alterations. This Limited Warranty excludes accessories or consumable parts such as tips and charging cables. 

The Warranty Period for Tuski Water Flossers is 1 year from the date of purchase. A second year can be added at the time of purchase of the product.  

The consumer is required to provide the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase date to support a warranty claim. To lodge a warranty claim, please email us at support@tuski.co.
