Returns

You have 15 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange

  • Final sales
  • Gift cards
  • Custom made products
  • Gifts with purchase

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and inspect it. Once inspected, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellations

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled. 

Damages

If your order arrives damaged in any way or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order at support@tuski.co with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work together to resolve the situation.
